I had to talk to 5 different people before I could the final price for the car I wanted. In fact, no one could tell me if they were in stock and available until that last call. (FWIW, the salesman apologized for his incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior, and his colleagues explained he’d had a bad day.) my certified pre-owned car came with dirty interior windshield, only half a tank of gas (promised full) and no wiping clean of previous owner’s personal info in navigation or phone, which is a big privacy no-no. Also, the tech all is waiting for updates to install, so that’s my first order of business. Wish they had taken the time to have it truly ready - I would have gladly waited another day. Yet, the manager and the finance were exemplary. Hopefully they can bring the rest of the team up to their level of excellence.
