Your amazing scheduling and service saved the day! My wife and I were on a house-hunting trip in the Sarasota/Charlotte county areas when the air conditioning stopped working in our 2011 Accord. I called Venice Honda at 8 am on Tuesday and spoke with Tim he said he could look at the car THAT MORNING! He even arranged a rental car for us including a ride to the rental car site. He called later on Tuesday with a solid estimate of the cost and that the car would be ready the next day. He called when the car was ready (within the time range promised) and also said I could drop the rental car at the dealership. Venice Honda's service department and especially Tim Weber gave us exemplarily customer service, and helped us keep our house-hunting trip on track. Hats off to Tim and Venice Honda!! More

He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the car. He answered all our questions and explained the differences in the three CRVs available. We took a test drive and were happy with the car. Upon returning to the dealership he explained clearly the financial aspects of a lease. We had never leased a car before so all that information was invaluable to us. Thank you Dale! He even got a higher trade in of our 2018 GMC Terrain!All paperwork was well handled. So nice to have all of his experience available to us. The car was available for pickup on 7/31/2020 and after signing a lot (!) of papers with Peter we were on our way with our beautiful red CRV! More
