The service agent was unfriendly and it took over 3 hours to simply change my oil and rotate my tires. They tried to sell me a lot of additional services and one of their salespeople tried to talk me into tr to simply change my oil and rotate my tires. My patience had run thin by the end and I told the agent to ring me up and gave her my credit card. She said "I'm not doing business with you" and walked away. So I picked up my credit card and key, walked out and drove away. I messaged them that I would pay them when they emailed or snail-mailed me the bill, but that I would never be back again. More
