I am sorry, I do not recall the gentlemans name who began the credit process, but such a pleasant and fine person. Troy ran through the paperwork with me in a prompt yet unhurried manner. Also, it was appreciated that he did not try to upsell me on additional services. I really had a strict budget to maintain and that was honored.
