I was going to keep this to myself but since they keep emailing me for a review here we go…. I keep trying to give Vera a chance but they always miss the mark. I sent my 2024 truck in for some recall repa emailing me for a review here we go…. I keep trying to give Vera a chance but they always miss the mark. I sent my 2024 truck in for some recall repairs and a tire rotation. I believe it was a dealer only infotainment update and something about the air deflector. I mentioned I was having CarPlay issues as well but was told the warranty update would fix it. I get my truck back and nothing has been fixed, the issue still exists. They completed the tire rotation but didn’t re-air the tires. In the 2500 Sierra the fronts are 60 psi and the rears are 70. They obviously completed the rotation because the tire pressures are reversed. I get these are small items but this should be pretty routine to get right. Sure I can run my truck back up to try again but I use it for work and it’s tough to be without it for a whole day. More
