The service manager was insistent that we be able to pay the $600 for three diagnostic test before he would have our car fixed (this is where we always get our car serviced since we bought it here). Michael Crato has been my service rep for years now and has always been so helpful and informative. He already knows the history of my vehicle so I prefer to only deal with him.
