Vera Cadillac - Service Center

I bought my Cadillac from Univesrity Dodge and I purchased a extended warranty from them as well that I supposedly could use anywhere . My AC wasn’t working properly and my touch screen was inoperab purchased a extended warranty from them as well that I supposedly could use anywhere . My AC wasn’t working properly and my touch screen was inoperable I tired to take the vehicle to Vera Cadillac and was told that because I was within 20 miles of the dealer I purchased it from I had to take it there . Now mind you this is a Dodge dealership and I was taking my Cadillac to a Cadillac dealership which was Vera and they accept American warranty . They said they fixed the AC and it was the compressor when Vera Cadillac had already diagnosed it as the expansion valve . Soon after a few days the AC was still not working right I called back to University Dodge and told them why they replaced the AC when Vera said it was the expansion valve , I then took it back and they replaced the expansion valve and told me they had the part on back order for my touch screen. I waited almost 6 months and never got a call . I then called University Dodge and they had no order in and had no idea what happened . I called American warranty and explained to them the situation , the Manager FINALLY released my car to Vera Cadillac because they had the part in stock and I was sick of waiting for this screen because it is interval in the operation of my car and quite frankly didn’t trust the people over at University Dodge since they already replaced a wrong part already ! My service advisor at Vera Cadillac Michael Crato was AMAZING ! He helped guide me through the process of getting my vehicle released from University Dodge and was able to get the work done at Vera Cadillac . Michael from Vera Cadillac never left me hanging like Oscar did from University Dodge and made the whole process easy and stress free unlike having to deal with University Dodge . I highly recommend Vera Cadillac I had been going to them for years with my other vehicle before I got my new Cadillac. Because of the warranty I had to deal with Univesrity Dodge and after dealing with them realized how much better the customer service , how much more knowledgeable and caring the staff at Vera Cadillac is !
