Scheduling my appointment online was fast and simple. I arrived at my appointed time and after a few hours my vehicle was ready. All my concerns were addressed and corrected. When you need quality work done at pretty reasonable prices, along with the friendliness of everyone that I came in contact with, you can't help but bring your Cadillac back to Vera. BTW, special thanks to Erika C. for her help!
