When I arrived a friendly rep approached and immediately began taking the details on my car. Unfortunately, I didn’t meet my service member because he was away from his booth and I was dropping my car off . However, he did call to follow up and was very pleasant. Personally I just feel better when my car is maintained by the dealership, they do great work at Vera and I will continue to be a customer. More
