Friendly dealership, quick service My two boys and I were about an hour east of Mitchel SD, on our way to the Black Hills in our 2015 F150 XLT. The tonneau cover that I purchased ~2 yea My two boys and I were about an hour east of Mitchel SD, on our way to the Black Hills in our 2015 F150 XLT. The tonneau cover that I purchased ~2 years ago, suddenly decided that it wasn't going to stay closed anymore. After repeated attempts to fasten the velcro, it was apparent that we were going to need a new tonneau or our camping gear was going to get wet. Not a good start to our trip from WI. So I did a bit of googling, and after calling a few stores, we found that that no one had anything available on hand. When I called the Vern Eide dealership and spoke with Mike at the parts counter, he informed me that they did have one, and could install it right away. We stopped in, and met Tami Winter, who set everything up, and invited my boys, our dog, and myself into the waiting area. The technician Erik Kurth had to unload our camping gear, remove the original tonneau, install the new Truxeado tonneau, and reload our gear. This was all done in short order, and we were back on the road quickly! Although I could have purchased this same tonneau at home, and installed it myself for a savings, I was in a pinch, and a bit desperate. Overall the price was pretty good for a dealership, and the hospitality and service were excellent. More

Excellent caring service Our motor home broke down, had to be towed over 140 miles to Mitchell for service leaving part of family in small town to the west. Because not car re Our motor home broke down, had to be towed over 140 miles to Mitchell for service leaving part of family in small town to the west. Because not car rental place nearby, dealership loaned a car to travel west to pick up rest of family. They worked diligently trying to find problem and at end of second day had to order a part. Dealership welcomed us grandparents with 3 grandsons and went above & beyond to help us. We had been gone from Louisiana for 14 days and were ready to get home, boys back to their homes and husband almost out of meds. Decided we would buy a truck to get home and fly back up to get motor home when ready.. Les Neugebauer worked diligently to find a truck that my husband wanted and he did. He spent time talking to grands, showed husband everything about truck and gave cell # for an easy contact, we even swapped 'game recipes'. Les helped our grandsons unload items from our motor home that we needed to take home. Brian continually kept in touch with progress of motor home, was very compassionate, caring. Our disaster became a good experience thanks to Brian, Les and all the staff at this dealership. God bless them. More

The driver side wiper blade flew off in a rain storm. We pulled up and were promptly greeted with no appointment. Not planning on issues, Pam called around for us to find the pieces we needed. They were not available so they suggested we move 1 blade to the driver side so we could continue with our trip. we appreciated the suggestion and the fact the other blade was removed so the windshield did not get damaged. She found a phone number for us to help make things go smoothly for the "tourist aspect' of our trip! We were just delighted with the two of them and the dealership overall. If we lived near Mitchell, we would always be happy to return here for service! There's a certain South Mississippi dealership that could take a lesson from these folks! More
