Fantastic Prompt Friendly Service While traveling in my F250 from my home in Georgia to visit my daughter and grandchildren in Sheridan WY on Sunday June 26, 2016, my check engine ligh While traveling in my F250 from my home in Georgia to visit my daughter and grandchildren in Sheridan WY on Sunday June 26, 2016, my check engine light came on. I stayed overnight in Mitchell, SD and at 8am was at the service department of Vern Edie Ford. I was met by Brian Reichelt, a service advisor who directed me to a waiting area. Within 30 minutes Mr Reichelt returned with my truck key stating that it was a faulty O2 sensor, and it had already fixed it and I was ready to go. I was highly impressed with the prompt, courteous service provided by Mr. Reichelt and by Vern Edie Ford. More

Outstanding oil change experience! I called and set up an appointment to have service work done on my F-150 and spoke with Adam he made me feel welcome and very accommodating to when wo I called and set up an appointment to have service work done on my F-150 and spoke with Adam he made me feel welcome and very accommodating to when would work for me. When I brought in my vehicle I can into the service office and checked my vehicle in with Jim he had a good sense of humor and made me feel welcome and that my truck would be taken care of. When it was done Jim called me and told me it was ready I came into the service department and was greeted by Adam and Erik they both were friendly as can be and made me feel like it was an honor to have my business. After I handled things in the service office I was thanked by everyone and happened to run into a sales manager Dan, he made sure I was happy with my experience and thanked me for my business. It was really awesome to deal with a company like this they made me feel like I was one of there best friends and that it was an honor to receive my business. It's hard to find service like that in theses times. I recommend Them to anyone you will feel great about your choice! I Normally dread getting my vehicle worked on but I cannot wait to return! More

Breakdown of Motor Home on a weekend We left our vehicle on the lot of Vern Eide on the lot on Friday evening, and called by 7:30 the next morning. The call was answered by a gentlemen who said he had noticed it on the lot, but didn't go to inspect it as he thought people might be sleeping, and did not want to disturb us. Very kind. Vern Eide's mechanic already had a job lined up for first thing on Saturday morning, he began on it, and then moved to our motorhome. He had until Monday morning to finish the other job, and wanted to see if he could get us mobile. He discovered a blockage in our air filter, and we were using our Motor Home again before 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning. The card I have has Jim Senger's name on the front, and he must be re presentative of the whole crew at Vern Eide . More
