Vern Eide Ford Lincoln - Service Center

My husband and I were were traveling across the country from Le Mars, Iowa (where he had completed a job) to Bend, Oregon (our home). Our diesel truck was giving us serious troubles, when we were fortunat from Le Mars, Iowa (where he had completed a job) to Bend, Oregon (our home). Our diesel truck was giving us serious troubles, when we were fortunate enough to break down in Mitchell, SD. We were given this dealership's name from the hotel, and from there we were taken care of. Brian in Service arranged towing, and while the truck was being looked at, we decided to take a walk in the lot and look at new trucks. We were greeted by Jordan, who was super friendly. He and Brad took us out on a couple test drives, ran numbers, etc, and sold us a new truck!!! Mike in Service ran a forklift to move all of the tools we had in the back of the old truck to the new one. Ben in Financing was a lot of fun too. All in all, I really enjoyed the whole experience. Everyone was so friendly, polite, helpful, and very appreciative. Lots of details were taken care of for us. I would definitely recommend making a big purchase like ours with this dealership!!!!! We were on our way home to Rapid City and our tail light was out. Stopped in the Ford Dealership and they not only had it fixed in 10 minutes, but there was no charge! I took my Lincoln MKS in to the shop yesterday because there was a squealing noise in the brake system when I turned the car. It turned out to be a rock, which was removed.
