Well bad business implemented sales guy said sold from out from under him with that 24 hour period and while it being in the shop. The worse of it all I went to the dealership and ended up talking to Fred Sales Manager he had no remorse from out the gate and repeatedly said he was not part of the negotiations or any of the talk from the get go and just looked at me with disguise as if I did not belong in there business of the way I looked. Last December the Service department lied to my sister and charged her over $1200 for repairs that she asked them not to do. She went home and cancelled the check. Two minor complaints include, they charged for coffee in the waiting lounge and they didn’t vacuum out her car, just laid the floor paper over the winter sand on her cars floor. We were traveling through Sioux City when a Maintenance Warning light appeared on the console of our 2019 Honda CR-V. Luckily, we had just eaten lunch and were about a mile from Vern Eide Honda, so we drove to the service entrance and met Matt Speck, who was very helpful and arranged to have the crucial service we needed to get us on our way to a hockey game in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The service was great, and we felt comfortable in the dealership waiting during the service. I met Molly Chanthavong who was friendly and took time out from her work to show us several new models in the showroom and on the dealer lot. We were very impressed at the inventory (tempted too!) and were on our way in about an hour, as promised. This brought back memories of buying my first Honda, a 1986 Accord sedan, at Vern Eide Honda in Sioux Falls from salesman John Conlon. I have good memories of that car and the other Hondas I have since purchased. We did not purchase a vehicle today, but the survey could not be submitted without saying that we had as a "reason for visit." More
