On Sept. 15, 2026 I took my Honda 2023 CR-V Hybrid to Vern Eide Honda dealership in Sioux Falls, SD. I was warmly welcomed from the very beginning. My service advisor was Lisa Wicks and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and told me accurately how long the service would take. My technician was Arpan Subba and he was very accurate and thorough with his work. After completion, Lisa gave me a complete rundown on what was completed and told me of things that would be done in future visits. All in all, it was a very good day for me! More

I made an appointment with Vern Eide Honda for service and it was really bad. I asked them to fix a noise in my driver side front that happens when I turned into a sloped driveway. I observed this when I and it was really bad. I asked them to fix a noise in my driver side front that happens when I turned into a sloped driveway. I observed this when I pulled into their facility. Right turn from w 59th street into the parking lot. I documented this in detail for them. After $6,000 in repairs the issue was not fixed. Most of the charges came from other maintenance both requested by me in form of general maintenance and observed by the them. What really drives me to write this review is the absolute disaster of their automated system. They had my car for 3 business days and a weekend with no communication. I tried to call and only got voicemail. I texted with their bot and was told that somebody would call me with an update. I was never contacted. I tried to call to get some resolution to the original issue, but more of the same voicemail and bot texting. You can't talk to a person unless you are at the shop and even then nobody seems to really care. I stood there like an idiot for a while and asked a couple of people for help. All that I got was that's not me, I can't help you. I am really disappointed because I have recommend Verne Eide Honda to a few people over the years. I talked to them about my issues and they are both very annoyed about the constant texts from the bots about buying new cars. They have had their cars for less than 2 years each. They are unable to opt out of these texts and calls. If you want me to bring my 2016 car that I bought from you brand new that only has 50k on it DO BETTER. More

Had a good experience.
