Great product, awful service dept. If you need work on vehicle be prepared for something to not be done right and have no one really care afterwards. In the last yr and half I have brought my vehicle in, I have had issues or poor service almost everytime. During an oil change the plug didnt get tightened and leaked oil all over my garage, another time I was suppose to have several services done to my vehicle and none were done except my an oil change when picked up, and this last time brought vehicle in for oil change and maintenance and when truck was picked up by my wife and drove home, someone at honda had removed the tonneau cover support rods and placed one in the bed of truck not installed and other placed on top of cover near back window. This is a massive liability and driving down interstate with that rod not secured could have injured or killed someone. Justin who works in service dept called and was confused and said he would look into it and never heard anything back and left message for Peter the service manager and recieved no call or anything. Took my stuff to vern eide Mitsubishi and they assured me that is not their standard and would take care of everything and did an excellent job. I have heard of 10 to 12 other people that have had similar issues with honda service department so use at your own discretion. Majority have all left honda just because of service dept and their inability to complete tasks and do quality work is an absolute disappointment More

I made an appointment with Vern Eide Honda for service and it was really bad. I asked them to fix a noise in my driver side front that happens when I turned into a sloped driveway. Right turn from w 59th street into the parking lot. I documented this in detail for them. After $6,000 in repairs the issue was not fixed. Most of the charges came from other maintenance both requested by me in form of general maintenance and observed by the them. What really drives me to write this review is the absolute disaster of their automated system. They had my car for 3 business days and a weekend with no communication. I tried to call and only got voicemail. I texted with their bot and was told that somebody would call me with an update. I was never contacted. I tried to call to get some resolution to the original issue, but more of the same voicemail and bot texting. You can't talk to a person unless you are at the shop and even then nobody seems to really care. I stood there like an idiot for a while and asked a couple of people for help. All that I got was that's not me, I can't help you. I am really disappointed because I have recommend Verne Eide Honda to a few people over the years. I talked to them about my issues and they are both very annoyed about the constant texts from the bots about buying new cars. They have had their cars for less than 2 years each. They are unable to opt out of these texts and calls. If you want me to bring my 2016 car that I bought from you brand new that only has 50k on it DO BETTER. More
