Alec Mark and Peter are a great to deal with. I arrived early evening on a very cold night and they stayed late to finish the deal. And included the installation of the mudflaps which was more than we expected. Mark was very helpful in showing me the options that we could have for extra warranty and the protective film and windshield protection. We agreed on everything in the vehicle needed to stay at the dealership to get some other things done. We live two hours away. Mark asked Alec to fill up our trade-in so I could drive home. That is above and beyond but any dealership has ever done for us. I remember it other dealerships as part of the negotiation having a full tank of gas. Vern Eide are trading so I could buy home and had this new to us vehicle. They were veryv outeous. While my car was being serviced, I was in a nice quiet waiting area enjoying coffee & could read. An issue was discovered with my car & I was notified right away.
