I had a small, but unfortunate accident and afterward experienced some vibrating in my steering wheel when I got up over 55 mph. I stopped in at Vern Eide Sioux Falls’ express service and told them about my safety concerns and asked if they might be able to fit me in to check it out. It was getting late in the day, I hated to ask for help that late without an appointment. The service manager who helped me was Rob, and I thought you should know how wonderful he was to work with! He was caring and understanding, with a “can do and we’ll take care of you” attitude. He took the time to explain to me about the progress of my car while in the shop and reassured me that they would find a vehicle for me to drive back to my lake home if they weren’t able to resolve the problem that day. That alone put me at ease. The mechanics worked hard and for some time on my vehicle and in the end they had it repaired. No surprise, I have always had every confidence in them because of their extraordinary track record. I have done business with Vern Eide in Sioux Falls since I was 19 years old. I have never even considered going to another dealer because of service like this. I have always kept all of my maintenance and repairs in the Vern Eide shop. I would like to commend the entire Vern Eide team and once again bring to focus the exceptional customer service I received from Rob. He is a great asset to have on board!
