I brought my Honda in for a 15000 check up and they were great! They had Starbucks coffee and cookies while you waited as well as work areas for computers, complete with charging stations. Both of my last two experiences with Vern Eide have been absolutely fabulous! At the earlier visit, they more than made up for something they had missed in the two trips before. We took care of you.” It was not untilI was on my way home that I realized just how well they had “taken care of” me! I was blown away. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly interested in me, and in what was best for my car. I have been a customer of Vern Eide for many years. They provide great, quality service. But, on top of that, it is their great people, and the way they take great care of their customers that keeps me coming back! The building is very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. This dealership was a joy to work with. I needed to bring my vehicle in to be serviced and asked over the phone if it was OK to bring my do friendly. This dealership was a joy to work with.
