Interior Detailing I was pleased with how I was treated by the service people but not so happy with the detailing job that was done to my vehicle. Talked to the service manager about it and we did agree on refunding me half the cost of the detailing and received the check the other day. Definitely would not recommend Vern Eide for auto detailing but possibly would for other things. This was my first experience with Vern Eide ever. More

Outstanding!! When I leased my firest vehicle at vern eide i had a different salesman who moved and I was introduced to Ike and he has been so helpful ever since. He has helped with getting my appointments set up for service and with getting me a vehicle while it was in the shop as well. I didnt have much luck with the service advisor but Ike made everything 10x easier by helping me deal with the advisor and the experience i had while my car was in the shop. He also helped me finance my.vehicle and got me a good payment that I was comfortable with. I wont use a different salesperson moving forward. Thanks for everything Ike. More

Repeat Customer! It's doubtful we will ever purchase another vehicle anywhere but Vern Eide. I've been to many dealerships over the years and once the sale is done tha It's doubtful we will ever purchase another vehicle anywhere but Vern Eide. We bought our first vehicle (a used CR-V) from Dalton a couple of years ago and I still receive e-mails and mail from him. It's little things like that, that just make you feel appreciated.
