Best car buying experience I could ask for! I want to preface my experience with a little background information. I am a 30 year old single mom to a 13 year old boy. I haven't driven a new (still used) car pretty much ever, as I was always having to maintain my budget for my growing child and I until I was more financially able to add a payment in my life. In the last 6 months, I had been telling myself THIS is the year I've earned it. Now a bad twist (although no one was hurt) was that I was in an accident and essentially totaled my car the first week of February. A dear friend of mine was able to borrow me his Honda for a couple days until I figured out what I was going to do. What initially sold me was driving his Civic. I was immediately in love with Honda. I started looking online at civics. I sent an email and they got back to me the next day. Alex helped me put me in a better car for my family (which also consists of 2 very active dogs), and a better rate through Honda financial!! It was quick and painless, with no stress at all. To further better my experience, Alex remembered where I work. Its a new restraint and club in town that has been wildly popular! He stopped in to eat last night, and made it a point to see if I was there to say hello and ask me how the car is. First of all, I am in love with my car, just sayin. Second of all, that small gesture made me feel very important to Honda, as they have I am sure hundreds of repeat customers and people who have spent hundred of thousands on Hondas. Here I am, 1st time buyer, and had a salesperson who remembered me and went out of there way to show that they genuinely care about each and every customer as a person. That gesture turned me from a 1 time customer into a lifetime customer. Thank you Vern Eide Honda for making the start to my 30's so happy and memorable! More

Friendly and Helpful Jared is very friendly, easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions about the vehicles I test drove and he was able to answer them all. After a horrendous experience with the local Honda dealer in Fargo, ND, I started calling area dealerships asking about pricing and availability. When I was connected with John, he was immediately friendly and helpful. I happened to call close to closing time, but he took all of my information down, listened to what I was looking for and called me back with options within 15 minutes. Their prices were better than what I was quoted in Fargo and their customer service was beyond exceptional. They brought the car to me extremely fast and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Even though I did the entire purchasing process via the phone, I never felt cheated of service or information. They even included a coffee mug and hat as an early birthday present (I purchased the car 1 month prior to my birthday). I strongly recommend them and will certainly be back for future car purchases. More
