I was very pessimistic on car salesmen I've met until John, it seemed like I never had any good luck with any of them or it always ended up with unpleasant experience. It usually put me under the unnecessary pressure - just worst feeling. I had many questions but hesitated because of the past experience; however, John was the first one listened to and gave me the honest answers. It let me to think more and be open and helped me to make a right decision. He always makes himself available and very approachable. Even year after like now, he is still there for me and remembering my preference! When I had my CR-V in for service I talked to Kieran about renting a vehicle that could handle up to 7 people and luggage, as we were going on vacation with our whole family. Kieran told me that the Honda Odyssey would be a great vehicle. So, completed the paperwork on the Odyssey. Kieran promised it would be ready for us to go on vacation July 1 - 15. and yes it was. It was a great trip and was made possible by Kieran. It was made comfortable and as worry-free as possible to travel over 3300 miles. The van was great, Vern Eide staff were absolutely wonderful. The service department, and in particular Bill Heier, is absolutely the best. I know when I call Bill he is going to take care of everything the car needs for me whether I think of it or not. I have even relocated to Minnetonka, MN but am driving down to have my car's 30K service done with the people I know and trust. Pricing is very fair on their service and their 777 pre-paid service program is a must-have feature. More
