Communication Breakdown I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and for someone to look at my front tired because they were shaking for 1pm. I got there and they told me I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and for someone to look at my front tired because they were shaking for 1pm. I got there and they told me that they were busy and it was going to be a couple hours. I told them I understood. Around 3:30 I asked the receptionist if she could check and see how much longer. She did and told me about a half an hour longer. 4:30 rolled around and I asked another receptionist to check on it and she said she would have someone come out and talk to me about it. No one did. at 5:00 someone came and gave my keys to me explaining that the shaking in the front would be a longer job to deal with (up to 6 hours) and that I should bring it back to get it looked at. Like I said, they were very busy, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication on what was happening to my vehicle and why it was taking so long. More
