Upon first entering the dealership, I was impressed with the competency and friendliness of all employees. The work environment is excellent and sincere. However, the real impact was price and value. I was purchasing a two year old vehicle and was treated as if I were purchasing a fleet of new vehicles. The purchase price I was quoted was excellent, and I was given a very fair allowance for a nine year old trade. I feel I got the best possible deal on this transaction and that was followed up with a finance quote that was over a full percentage less than the best used car quote I was able to get. Everything the dealership said they would do, they did, and more. Likely as not, when it is time for my next auto purchase I feel comfortable going to Vernon Auto Group and not even take the time to "shop-around". Overall, a first-rate operation with unbeatable prices and service. I strongly recommend them. More

I must admit that I did not intend to buy another truck in my life as I was happy with my 2000 F250 and had ben so for years. On a fluke we pulled into the local Ford dealer and of course were offered first choice on a 2008 F350 DWD that had just come in. They were putting on new breaks and minor reapers and let us know they would call us within ten days. This gave me plenty of time to do my research and compare what was out there. The local dealer never did call us back and I discovered Vernon Auto Group--much to my good fortune. Our new truck is great and I am learning new things about it daily. I really did not intend to spend 60K but I an extremely happy with our new truck and being able to do business with the folks at Vernon Auto Group. I will send as much business as I can to your way.
