I purchased a 2025 Chevy Equinox from Vernon Chevrolet (part of Vernon Auto Group) in October of 2024. By January, it already had a transmission fluid leak. The service department diagnosed this leak on J (part of Vernon Auto Group) in October of 2024. By January, it already had a transmission fluid leak. The service department diagnosed this leak on Jan. 17 and has done nothing to fix this problem ever since. Every time I contacted them, I was told "tomorrow" that GM Roadside Assistance would send me a loaner and pick up my vehicle for repairs. Tomorrow never came despite waiting all day at the house for this promise to be fulfilled. I contacted GM Customer Service on Jan. 31 and they called me today and said that they still haven't had a response to an email that they sent to this dealership. I informed them that I got tired of waiting for Vernon Chevrolet to fix this factory defect, so I took my car to a different dealership and traded it in. Very disappointed with the lack of response from Vernon Chevrolet and I'm glad that I no longer need to deal with this dealership! More
