Great car buying experience I recently purchased a 2015 Impala, my second Impala and 3rd or 4th vehicle from Carter Chevrolet. I can't say enough about the sales and service team I recently purchased a 2015 Impala, my second Impala and 3rd or 4th vehicle from Carter Chevrolet. I can't say enough about the sales and service team at this dealership. I've been buying cars from Carters since the early 80s. Fabulous!!! No hassle, no pressure, no sales "attitude". Mark Cross was my main sales associate, with assistance from Sherri Thompson when I showed up unannounced and Mark was not there. I have been driving for a very long time, over 50 years and have purchased new and preowned vehicles before, but I've never had such a pleasant experience before. This is the second Impala our family has purchased in the last year and both times we had the same wonderful service, so this is not a fluke. Mark took the time to go over everything with me on the new car (lots to learn about). He was patient, funny and actually listened! Sherri was just as good and very knowledgeable as well. Jonathan was great, explained everything and made the final details easy. Every time I stopped by I felt like their most important customer. Bravo Carter's! I will be back. By the way, when I did have my vehicles serviced over the years, Ray was fabulous! Good team all around. More

Sherri Listened to Me!! Sherri Thompson was my Sales Associate and she was AWESOME. I went on a fact/number finding mission for a 2015 Chevy Trax...Bright Blue (color non-neg Sherri Thompson was my Sales Associate and she was AWESOME. I went on a fact/number finding mission for a 2015 Chevy Trax...Bright Blue (color non-negotiable)...and found my way to Carter Chevrolet. Sherri went over all my questions, took me out for a test drive in a Trax, had my car that I was using for a trade-in evaluated and put numbers together for me. Everything I needed to make an informed decision was presented in clear black and white. I informed Sherri that I was going to check out another dealership to comparison shop and she was glad to hear it...somehow she knew that I would be back and she was right. The other dealership I visited was a nightmare and I quite honestly cannot believe they are allowed to be called a Chevrolet dealership. I called Sherri after my visit to that other place and told her about my experience...I told her that she listened to me...no pressure to sell me the Trax...no "what can we do to close the deal now" which we have all heard. You will find no smooth talking salespeople at Carter Chevrolet. If you want to buy a vehicle from a reputable business then do what I did. Go to Carter Chevrolet first...see how a business is supposed to be run...then go check out other places. I am glad I did...that's when you realize just how great Sherri and the staff at Carter Chevrolet really are...they know cars...but more important...they know how to treat people. More

No pressure! Great Price! Great People I had been look for a new truck for over a year, and had gone to every dealer around trying to find a good deal for a great price.
