Bob made the whole car buying experience at Carter a fun and easy, comfortable experience. We felt an immediate connection to Bob and loved his no pressure sales approach and lively personality, We arrived about 8pm and Bob and Bob Oles stayed for one hour after closing time to get to know us, allow us to drive several vehicles we were interested in, listen and answer all our questions. Sales negotiations were amazingly simple - no game-playing haggles thanks to the Bob and Bob team. We walked away feeling we lucked out with finding Carter Chevrolet and had made the right choice in buying our new truck! Bob introduced us to the service manager and parts department manager who were very friendly too. We picked up our truck on Friday (the next day) and Bob Fedus phoned us over the weekend to ask us if we had any questions. He even phoned us one week later to see how we liked it. No salesperson in our 40 years of car buying has ever done that or has made car buying such a trusting, easy experience. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat. More

I did not make an appointment, I just showed up on a Friday afternoon with a car needing fixing. The timing chain had stretched, a known problem with that model. The service desk was very polite, worked on the car, and returned it the following week in fully working order. Warranty paid 100%. I know broken cars are not what anyone wants. GM and Carter did the right thing and stood up tall. Bravo! More
