I did not make an appointment, I just showed up on a Friday afternoon with a car needing fixing. The timing chain had stretched, a known problem with that model. The service desk was very polite, worked on the car, and returned it the following week in fully working order. Warranty paid 100%. I know broken cars are not what anyone wants. GM and Carter did the right thing and stood up tall. Bravo! More

Fantastic Dealership! Thank you Sheri I've worked with many dealerships in the past with new/used purchases & just shopping around. Carter Chevrolet is by far among the best. I was pleasan I've worked with many dealerships in the past with new/used purchases & just shopping around. Carter Chevrolet is by far among the best. I was pleasantly surprised to find they do not have pushy salesmen who are constantly trying to close (which is far too common in the car sales industry). They have a great team of kind family oriented sales men and women who all show care for the customer. I'm not the easiest consumer to deal with but they were very patient and receptive to what I was looking for and they were able locate exactly what I wanted. We went in only looking for a new Silverado and were so pleased with the experience that we ended up getting a vehicle for my wife as well. *Sheri Thompson* was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend asking for her when you go in - she made the car buying experience easy and stress free (which is key when you have a wife who is 6 months pregnant). I'm confident Carter will continue to exceed all expectations even after purchase. There's no need to shop around when there are still honest dealers like Carter. Thank you for everything! More

The best Dealership! I bought a 2015 silverado from carter Chevrolet today. I Called Joe Derohanian in the morning on the recommendation of a friend.I told him which truck I bought a 2015 silverado from carter Chevrolet today. I Called Joe Derohanian in the morning on the recommendation of a friend.I told him which truck I was interested in and it was waiting out front when I arrived. He introduced me to Sheri Thompson for my sales consultant. Sheri had be test drive the truck while the dealer checked out my trade. We got back to the dealer and went over the numbers and to my surprise there were more incentives and rebates than I thought. I also got a great price for my trade.Jonathen Buttero went over the finance options with me and Sheri helped with most of that too. This was by far the best buying experience ever and im 55. From the moment I entered the dealership I was treated excellent from all the friendly staff. I never felt pressured and everything went smooth and fast. Alex Giosa also helped set up the onstar feature with Sheri. Thanks Steve Brainard. More

I was going to keep my current car so I didn't have a car payment. I received a call from Carter Chevrolet with a special offer. I made an appointment to look at the new Equinox and find out what they could do for me. I took a test drive in the new Equinox and I was hooked! Bob Fedus worked with me to get me a totally awesome, fully loaded AWD Blue Velvet Metallic Equinox. The deal was good that I traded in my 2012 and drove away with a 2015! Thank you! I love it!! More
