professional and attentive My 2013 Malibu overheated due to water pump problem. The service department went out of their way to get me in for service immediately. When it took extra time to get the new part they kept me informed with regular calls each of the 2 days it took. They were out of their own courtesy cars so they made arrangements to get me a rental at no charge. Well, the design has changed since 2007 and the seats are very comfortable. Mark/Carter Chevrolet gave us a great trade-in price and an excellent deal on the car. They also steered me to USAA insurance, which is available to service men. After contacting USAA my cost for homeowner's and car insurance was reduced by $1300. How 's that for customer service going above and beyond? More
