Whenever I have my car serviced, I'm usually handled by Ray or Amanda and I wouldn't want to be with anyone else. They are both so courteous, professional, down to earth and always take great care of me. My father (Michael Steinberg) was a long time customer as well (for over 20 years) and loved dealing with Ray and many of the other staff. Even though he can no longer drive at this age, he still will ask me how everyone is doing there and misses the wonderful treatment he was provided there. He's the one that actually took me to Carter when I was looking for my first car. :) I thank Ray and Amanda for all their years of assistance & guidance and look forward to many more years! More

This was the first time I had met Ray at the service desk, He immediately greeted me with enthusiasm and a big smile and asked how he could help me. He listened and then took my information my keys and told me to have a seat and he would come and get me as soon as my car was ready. What a breath of fresh air to be greeted and taken care of by such an accommidating employee. My happy experience today at Carter Chevrolet. My engine check light has been coming on, so I stopped this morning at Carter Chev. I was scheduled for tomorrow. Ray Maher waited on me and said that MAYBE they could get the car in late this afternoon. I received a call approx. 4 pm and Ray said the car was all set. I could not believe it. I drove down to Carter's and Ray was a the counter with the keys and paper work. I bought my first car out of high school in 1953 from Carter and been buying there since. It is a great place to buy a car at a fair price and has people working there like the professional Ray Maher! He knows the business and is customer friendly and very accommodating. He allowed us to take out and test drive a vehicle we had much interest in for a few hours as my wife has special needs due to a medical condition. Although we did not end up purchasing the vehicle, I would recommend Carter Chevrolet and Ron Sloan in particular to anyone who is looking for a positive, no pressure sales experience.
