Cost estimate was over $900. Mark did the work using an innovative approach, which resulted in completing the work in half the time and Ray, the estimator passed the savings on to Mom. The service department is 2nd to no other dealer I have ever dealt with & that includes the higher end brands that I also own(ed) of Mercedes, BMW, Volvo & Audi. From the 1st time I saw the newest 2014 Corvette, I looked to owning one. with allocations being limited, I place a deposit in multiple dealerships. I was delighted when Carter was the 1st to call me. The whole deposit & purchase process was a total delight. Every employee of Carter always welcomed me to the facility & that was whether I was their personal client or somebody else's sale. I felt all greetings were actually sincere & not just a 'stereo typical' car salesman welcome. When my car finally arrived & I was set for delivery, I was again greeted with care, knowledge & sincere interest. Every employee congratulated me & all had kind words. Many had read extra on the vehicle & managed to add their own thoughts to the delivery process. The financial, trade in & registration process was tremendously smooth & took less than 1/2 hour. I could probably elaborate more on how truly awesome this dealership is & how there is no way I could have experienced a better purchase & delivery but it is probably best to simply sum up Carter as 'the best dealership I have ever dealt with'.
