I leased a 2014 Malibu today and everyone involved was very courteous and professional. Ron Sloan did a superb job in walking me through the paperwork, explaining all the functions of the car and even too very courteous and professional. I had made my initial contacts by email. This was a great time saver. All my questions were answered before I had to place foot in the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I got a very good price and a loan at 2% that took all of 10 minutes to apply for. This is my second experience with this Dealership and I would recommend them to everyone I know. BUY AMERICAN!!!! I had taken my car to multiple service centers/mechanics for a battery issue, and to be fair, it turned out to be a rather complicated issue. All the other service centers failed to fix the issue, and I dec for a battery issue, and to be fair, it turned out to be a rather complicated issue. All the other service centers failed to fix the issue, and I decided to take it to Carter Chevrolet before I scrapped it to see if they could fix it. I'm glad I did, because Ray Maher took care of me. I left the car in for a week, was provided a rental car, and was promptly notified when the work was done. Unfortunately, the same day the car was initially returned to me, the battery immediately began to drain. I called the service center to notify them, and they told me that they would fix the problem at no extra cost. I can't explain the details as to what was done to my car because it's beyond my understanding, but 100s of hours and a lot of manpower went into my car that I wasn't charged for because the car was returned to me before the issue was resolved. Throughout the entire ordeal, Ray and the other employees at Carter Chevrolet were outstanding. From this point on, I will not take my business anywhere else. I am a Carter Chevrolet customer for life! More
Received a recall notice in the mail. Provided Ray Maher with the pertinent information.Told me to check back with him in several hours as he had some research to do. I took my 2010 Chevy in for service which included an oil change and finding a slow leak in a tire. I've always had positive experiences at Carter which is why I choose their service department to maintain my car even though I don't live near them. The staff is always friendly and they take the time to explain repairs. Usualy I am there for oil changes and tire rotations but this visit was due to two service lights coming on. They got me in quickly and after they discovered what was wrong, they had a rental car brought over so I could go about my day. The original estimate was that the repairs would take four days. I was thrilled when Ray called me on the second day to tell me that my car was ready(awesome job Todd!) I now have my car back and it's running well. Another thing that I would like to mention about the service department at Carter is that they have never made me feel pressured into doing repairs. They have never come at me with a laundry list of things that need to be done. They do give me a friendly head's up when things are coming up (ie brakes at the next oil change) but I've never been intimidated. I can't say that for most places that I have used in the past. More
Ray went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. He is awesome!! GM fixed my transmission under warranty and Ray did an amazing job locating the parts! I entered Carter Chevrolet in the mindset that I wanted to buy a Honda Accord, but I kept an open mind. After spending ten or so minutes with Mark he planted a seed in my head to go with a Chevy. A few short days later I returned to Carter to purchase a 2009 Chevy Malibu from Mark, a very reasonable and genuinely caring individual. The warranty service that Carter Chevrolet, coupled with their amazing deals makes them an unbeatable service and I would gladly return for business any day. More
I have purchased four vehicles from Carter Chevrolet over the last ten years. I have always found them to be fair, straight forward, and honest in their dealings.
