Wow what a pleasant experience since we had just left another Chevrolet dealer in East Hartford and they were pushing and ot pleasant Well as soon as Jimmy walked away my daughter found a Malibu she liked so Jimmy went to get the keys I said to my daughter we are not leaving here without buying a car from Jimmy he is so pleasant ant not pushy. Well we went for a ride in the Malibu and we got back they looked at er trade ave us the payments we bought the car. It was so nice dealing with Jimmy he made us feel important and he genuinely cared about my daughters needs and answered all of her questions. We not only bought a ar but have now found a dealership that we can call a "home". Thank you Jimmy and everyone at Carter Chevrolet you were all very nice. More
I have been dealing with Carter for more than 20 years and have purchased numerous vehicles. I have dealt with Jimmy Fuska the past year or so. His professionalism and honesty are a huge asset for the Car and have purchased numerous vehicles. I have dealt with Jimmy Fuska the past year or so. His professionalism and honesty are a huge asset for the Carter dealerships. He is willing to do what it takes to assure my family and I are happy with our purchase. The entire process was as easy as could be. Since we have been dealing with Carter so long we also know about the outstanding service we get when our vehicle is need of repair. You can bring your car somewhere else for service,but in the end you are better off taking it to the dealership because they are the experts and use first class parts. The team in service always keeps us up on the situation for the repair of our vehicles. Everyone at both dealerships treats us like family regardless of if they are selling us a car or not. More

Carter Chevy is a top notch dealership! Nora, Sara, Michael and Kay in the Internet Department were so helpful. I had specific requests about what options I wanted in my new vehicle and they searched a Michael and Kay in the Internet Department were so helpful. I have also used Carter as my service center for all 4 Suburbans that I have owned. I wouldn't have my vehicles serviced anywhere else. Kudos to Carter! More
I was honestly completely blown away by how much of a pleasure it was to purchase our used mini van from Mazda of Manchester. My wife and I were determined to buy from an owner though a personal sale in order to receive the best price and most honest history of the vehicle. After weeks of research, test driving, and searching for a min van, we decided on the exact make, model, year, and milage that would fit our budget. We found the perfect mini van online at Mazda of Manchester, which was almost 2 hours away from where we live. We went down to view the vehicle and found it to be perfect. Dave Small was our salesman. He was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and made this experience enjoyable. Harold was also incredibly helpful and was on top of making sure that the min van was ready for us when we needed it (they replaced the timing belt and did a tune up after we committed to buy) as well as making the paper work a breeze. The next time that I am in the market for a new or used car I would be excited to make the long drive down to Mazda of Manchester to give them my business once again. More

The engine light for my 2010 camaro had come on, after diagnosing the problem (vent solenoid malfunction) Ray was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Due to the part being shipped and the work involved my car would not be ready for a day or so and they provided me with a rental free of charge. After picking up my car, not only did they fix the issue and do a complete inspection it looked better than when i drove it in! Everyone here goes above and beyond for the customer I had bought the car from them so everything was covered under the warranty. I would not hesitate to do business with them again, and recommend any one who is looking for a new car to go there. More
My 2001 Malibu was in because of the anti-theft system locking up and could not start vehicle. It had to be towed on a Saturday, but was in too late for servicing that day so it had to wait until Monday 1 locking up and could not start vehicle. I can understand it having to wait because of getting there so late on that Saturday. The problem was corrected. I would recommend Carter Chevrolet to my friends and family for their quality of work, care and expertise. My Malibu was purchased at Carter Chevrolet new and all service and follow-up has been performed by them to our satisfaction. We would not go anywhere else. More

I have avoided dealer service at other dealerships in the past because I felt and knew that I was being taken Advantage of in what they indicated needed to be done and the excess cost. Carter chevrolet has been honest and cost is appropriate for service performed. Overall I have been extremely happy with this operation. More
