We are Chevy folks. Have been for many years. They are durable, solid, comfortable and good looking vehicles. Early April we purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Carter Chevrolet. It's an all around terrific car. Good size, easy to drive and park, comfortable, economical and has a sporty look. Also made in the USA are Equinox's transmission and engine. Way to go GMC! Keep American's working. We had the best experience with Carter. We called to check on their stock and had a very informative conversation with Kay Doherty. We took ride down to test drive a new Equinox. How thrilled we were to see Jimmy Fuska our salesman from our 2008 Equinox. Nicest man. He listens,cares and makes the purchasing process pleasant, understanding and personal. Everyone went away from the desk happy. Carter's sevice department does a wonderful job too. Enough cannot be said for Carter Chevrolet and a special sales person,Mark Cross. Fortunatly Mr.Cross was one of the first of many salesmen that I delt with before buying the Chevy Equinox from Carter' sales person,Mark Cross. Fortunatly Mr.Cross was one of the first of many salesmen that I delt with before buying the Chevy Equinox from Carter's. He knew the car inside and out unlike other salesmen from other dealerships. From the galvinised body to the stainless steel exhaust system,the sealed transmission etc.. Other salesmen at several dealerships were unable to answer simple questions and one such salesman refered me to the service dept.. Mr. Crosse's expertese before the sale gave enough confidence to purchse from Carter. After the sale,upon delivery of vehicle,my wife and I were treated to a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all the systems in the car,another reason that my wife and I feel good about our dealings with Mark Cross and Carter Chevrolet. Since sale Mr. Mark Cross has phoned and written advising us to feel free to contact him with any questions should they arise. I am most pleased with the service recieved from CATRER CHEVROLET and their staff and would recommend them to others as my friends have recommended CARTER to me!!! More

I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze and had a great experience. The salesman was prompt, courteous and went out of his way to please us.
