I went in for an oil change filter and an air filter yesterday. I thought I was done climbing under vehicles. and changing my own oil. BUT for $213.99 for an oil change and filter. I'll do it myself. The absolute worst mechanical service on the planet, couldn't even change plugs and wires correctly, what a bunch of clowns, stay far away from Vernon Chevrolet, they are the most dishonest, unprofessio couldn't even change plugs and wires correctly, what a bunch of clowns, stay far away from Vernon Chevrolet, they are the most dishonest, unprofessional, untrained staff on the planet. They will overcharge for incompetent, shorty services, never will I utilize this dealership or refer them to anyone. I will encourage anyone thinking of having work done here to look elsewhere More

Over time, however, they began mis Started to come here after I realized that Scranton Motors was unable to properly service my vehicle. Start out OK. Over time, however, they began misdiagnosing and missing issues. Last straw: One of their repairs failed. I returned to have them look at it and they were unable to diagnose the issue (at this time, I didn't know it was the previously repaired item). 5 months later, they finally figured out it was the item they previously repaired. In addition to not providing any warranty on this repair, THEY BLAMED ME (!) for the problem. The original repair should not have failed so quickly, but given that it did, they should have diagnosed and corrected it earlier. I won't be back. Still better than Scranton motors though! More

I also had a question how to best get heat to the backseat. He had a technician talk to me to explain how best (setting and strength of blower) to get heat to the backseat (during the cold snap passengers in the backseat complained that there was only minimal heat coming through the back vent). After completing the service requested for the appointment, he asked if I wanted to have a car washed (1st time that ever happened). And when I went to pay my bill, the women processing my payment she asked if I was VIP Service Club member, I told her no and she gave me a card for a free oil change after 5 oil changes. The little things that the staff do there, matters. More
