Bed cover. With the help from the parts department and the sales service we had Veteran’s Ford mount a roll top bed cover. The cover came in when promised. Discouraged I made an appointment for an oil change for noon. I arrived on time and was told there was an expected 45 minute wait in addition to an hour which it I made an appointment for an oil change for noon. I arrived on time and was told there was an expected 45 minute wait in addition to an hour which it would take to change my oil. I have changed my own oil in this truck in less than 20 minutes so this seemed extreme. I asked if they could check a engine light and they told me that was a different technician and would add even more wait time 😒 so I said never mind. After time passed I was told my oil plug was stripped and I would have to buy a new one.. the last 3 years of oil changes had been at this location and I have all my paperwork to prove that so they must have cross threaded it and are charging me now. Very disappointed. More
