Purchased a Chevy Trax for my son. Salesman, Marc Murray was checking on a second key for Trax. I called him for 2 months. He would not return my calls. He was very engaged and was going to call me back the next day. He was going to ‘take care of this.’ He never called back! This dealership was passionate about the sale but very lax on responsiveness and follow up. We don’t know if they ever found a key because we never heard back. We have moved on. I just hope this behavior is not the norm for this dealership. More

I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott! When my car is in the shop there why should I go 567 days without knowing what's going on with it. Why didn't somebody call me to let me know exactly what was going on with my car? My car was in there for 2 weeks on two different occasions within 5 weeks. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with it. No loaner car available apparently.
