The move to charge costumers 3% for using a credit card was a surprise. The bigger surprise was that the 3% is AUTOMATICALLY added to the bill so I needed to ask to have it removed!!! More

The decision to implement this fee was not made lightly. Unfortunately, the costs associated with processing credit card payments are significant, and this charge helps us to continue to provide high quality products and services without having to increase out prices overall for our valued consumers. We do accept any and all other alternative payment methods which do not incur the fee. The way the system calculated it automatically was purely the way it is setup as the % of credit card use is considerably higher than any other form of payment. what is there to look into? I ask for you to put me in the correct truck and I would pay the upgraded price. you first said load it up on a trailer and bring it back,Do not put any miles on it, it must be trailered. After our conversation I loaded it up and started the three hour drive to your dealership You backed out and said, No deal, Keep it and do not bring us the truck back. You then said you would take it back with a losing value of $10,000 less than window sticker. ( I did not get a window sticker ) Vic Canever could have made this transaction very smooth and put me in a truck that fits my needs. Instead, you wanted to play games w me. I have many folks in your area to sending me the good and bad of buying a vehicle from you. so far, you are not the dealer that you say you are. as I'm finding out.I will be posting my findings for you to attempted to defend.
