Service department was terrible, I made an appointment two weeks in advance to get my vehicle serviced and they ordered the wrong parts and failed to communicate it to me keeping my vehicle for an extra d two weeks in advance to get my vehicle serviced and they ordered the wrong parts and failed to communicate it to me keeping my vehicle for an extra day forcing me to find a ride to work..what's worse is the guy Mike at the counter didn't even give me a courtesy call saying my van wouldn't be ready that day I had to call when the place was nearly closed to find out .forcing me to find a ride to work the next day...never again More

This place has terrible communication skills and is uncoordinated by far. I want to have an oil change done and ask for tire rotation. They charged me for a tire rotation and on my way out I asked the question about a sound admin hearing on a back tire and the guy realized he charged me for tire rotation when they never actually rotated the tires because the trade was worn so bad they could not legally rotate the tires. So they almost charged me $30 and ripped me off for a service they said they did and did not even perform. Also when I went to have new tires bought and put on the car and have a few parts fixed they quoted me a certain amount and when I got there it was higher than they quoted me, then it took the guy 10 minutes to do the math to figure out what was wrong. I finally get to go pay for the service and they did not have a debit card ship reader, so I had to run back to my bank and get cash. For buying a 2010 Dodge Challenger there and having only 38,000 miles on it a few things have gone wrong way earlier than they should have, I do not recommend this place for service or getting parts or tires or anything fixed. They do not have their stuff together, they need significant improvement on communication and coordination skills. And when they overcharged me for the tire rotation they didn't even do it till 2 days to go back on my card, and also I gave the payment cashier $10 down towards my bill and tried to run my card and it was declined and when I went to get money out of my ATM I went back and she forgot to give me my $10 or put it towards the bill so now I have to wait the whole weekend till Monday to go and take it up with them and try to get my $10 back. Don't seek this place for repairs or service they are amateurs at best and poor customer satisfaction on my experience. More

Not friendly at all I had to drive my van over to Vicksburg for then to take three pictures of the hood to send into Chrysler. I walked into the service department and NO one greeted me, finally a guy looked at me and I said I brought my van in for the service guy and the manger to look at it. I have no clue who took the pictures and he was the only one that looked at it. What happen to the manger and service guy to check it out. I bet they said only 25 words to me. They said they will send the pictures into to Chrysler and see what the say. They ask for my name and phone number. I have never been treated like this before at the dealership. This all started back in August and the service person at the time told me it would be taken care plus I would have car to drive while the van was being fixed. I felt very unwelled. I was very mad because I drove 45 minutes to have 3 pictures talked and to be treated like I was a bother to them. Piggy More
