This is by far the Worst Place in the High Desert for anything car related. The worst mechanics and rudest reps. The new management is even worse than the last. All the bad reviews are 100% accurate. I was with this place for over 10 years, Always gave them the benefit of the doubt, well shame on me. If you value your money, and your self , do NOT go here. They are NICE before you give them money, but very COLD after they have taken all your money. Do not trust the "Chevrolet" logo here, it is just another corrupt, petty, low life mechanic shop. To finalize, the MANAGER is a BABY!, he will NOT talk to you directly , just push you off to underlings to avoid any inconveniences in his life. Do not make the same mistake I made :( More

Purchased a 2020 Silverado trail Boss. When the truck was presented to us it was dirty inside and out. I demanded another wash but I was told it would have to be at another time. The sales person didn’t take the time to show me how to use any of the features 4x4,towing etc. It’s been 2 months and not a call asking how’s the truck or if we have any questions. After purchasing a $52k truck maybe you should keep good relationships with your customers. For my next vehicle I will be taking my business elsewhere!! More
