Takes hours for an oil change with an appointment, this is not the first time either. My appt was 10:45 and I was on time, I was told 2-3 hours, which was ridiculous to begin with. Why over-scedule for service, your customer's time is valuable too. Timely service is so important.I did speak with Julian but he deflected and asked me where I went to High School? And told me to let him know if the windows were dirty because he was concerned with service and that he hadn't been here long?!! Really? The Hispanic man about 5'7, in the lobby helping customers with trade-ins, was extremely courteous and helpful, sorry can't remember his name. The counter help were courteous as well. More

Victorville Chevrolet what a terrible dealership. Went online to get a price on a lease. A new Silverado truck. Made the price and down payment deal. Then they call me a few days later and say they have an upgraded truck that they would lease for the same deal. Go to the dealership and not even close on payment. Classic bate and switch..That’s why we always go down the hill. More

Victorville Cadillac / Chevy is the worst ! Got a call the Cadillac Lyriq I've been waiting for over a year and a half was in . Granted it was a different dealership but they had one . Started off 20K over sticker , settled on 10K over sticker . Got in the car for the long trip down . During the drive we were told they quoted us the wrong price , of course it was higher , the new price . Got to the dealership , met by Mr. xx. salesman , Javier . Rushed us thru the process and I found out later when I got back home the car didn't have what I ordered . It was missing the 19 Speaker Stereo System and Super Cruise . So I have a car I don't want . Javier knew the car didn't have super cruise but xx'd us . Sean is the smooth talker that can't tell the truth either . I truly hate this dealership . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS . I have owned many cars in my 66 years on this earth . Never have I dealt with Con Men such as Javier or Mr. Smooth Talker Sean . AND ! First time driving the car at night , went to dinner with the wife and then got pulled over , no right side rear lights !Cadillac has 200 miles on it and I have to take it in to the dealership to get it repaired !
