I am a very disappointed customer. The sales team, (Sean Vizzo and Austin) Barden) and the finance team, (Matt Faust) made false promises during the execution of my vehicle purchase. I am now forced to pay another $306 to the finance company they picked. I was told that I would not have to pay any additional fees. When I call the dealership for help, they have ignored all my calls/ messages. They do have the integrity to return my calls or let me talk anyone other than the receptionist. Highly suggest you take your business to another dealership that will stand behind their words. Jacob Soares, I believe your team can do better. More
Adds are bait and switch, will tell you by text that the car is still available but then when you finally get a hold of someone they say it sold days earlier. I had an appointment at 10:00 for an oil change only. My salesperson Sammy Almasad asked would I like the car washed too? I said yes, he said with that it would be 2 hrs. After checking every 1/2 hr unti My salesperson Sammy Almasad asked would I like the car washed too? I said yes, he said with that it would be 2 hrs. After checking every 1/2 hr until 3 hrs later I had the Cadhier checked he said it was taking long because they told him it was being washed it woul be 15-20 minutes more! Well one hour later the cashier saw us and said they haven’t brought you your vehicle? He checked again for us and found out that they dropped the paperwork on Sammy’s desk but Sammy was gone to lunch! They then brought me my vehicle and it wasn’t even washed! Four hours for service plus they lied!!! More
The Sales Rep. tried to sell a House instead of Chevy truck. He claimed he was Homeless, and was sleeping in his car. He was not knowledgeable and unaware of customer needs. I had to waste 4 hours of my valuable time sitting and not getting any numbers. Dealership also failed to honor its advertised prices on their website for Christmas/end of the year specials. Very bad experience. Don't recommend this Dealership. More
We just got a 2018 cheverolet colarado last Oct. 02,2023. Traded my 2013 nissan frontier. The problem is the pay off of my old vehicle is not yet done according to mechanic bank. The worst thing happen that the mechanic bank keep on getting the money from my wife account due to they didn't recieve yet the pay off. Another worst happened we went to the cheverolet finance to verify the situation. The finance manager give to my wife the record that the vehicle was paid off last Oct 25. The manager give my wife to call to verify the pay off. Question; Assistant a customer is that our job to do that? Because the company that we call to verify the pay off told me to call the cheverolet finance department again. We just like a we're traveling a place of nowhere to go. We don't know who gonna make the call to mechanic bank just to verify the pay off because the finance company of cheverolet just give us to call to Santander finance to verify. Is it our job? Pls. Whoever read this review or the highest person in charge pls. Take not. We're giving us a lot of head ache now. Thank you. More
