Had to get my turbo replaced. Took about three weeks for an appointment which sucked. But my car is as good as new and running like a champ. Absolutely by far the worst lying and scamming not only person but entire dealership I have ever dealt with. I’m 71 years old and been buying and selling cars since I was 15. I have never been lied to or s person but entire dealership I have ever dealt with. I’m 71 years old and been buying and selling cars since I was 15. I have never been lied to or scammed like I was from these people, if you want to call them that. I purchased from them a 2018 Buick lacrosse with a clean Carfax, a certified 182 point inspection having been done, and only 14,000 miles on the vehicle. Being that I am in Indiana and they are in West Virginia. I purchased the car and had it delivered which I set up myself to my home. As soon as it was taken off of the truck, I looked it over and had my wife with me. She called me around to the passenger side of the car and asked me what this was. What I was looking at is the right rear bumper was completely detached from the quarter panel and sticking out about 1/2 of an inch. I pushed it back in as best I could, but eventually had to have the bumper replaced because all of the clips had been bent or stretched when they repaired the car after it was in an obvious accident. The dealership gave me $600 towards the repair which only cost me $1800 at a local body shop to have fixed correctly. After about one day, I took the car over to take it through emissions testing only to find out that it had failed because the monitors were not set. Obviously the battery had been disconnected right before shipping, which would have cleared all the engine codes and the car needed to go through a Drive cycle. After about two more days and maybe 50 miles of driving, I took it back to emissions and it passed. Approximately a week later as I was driving on a 90° day, the check engine light did come on and the air-conditioning stopped working in the vehicle. When I hooked up my scan tool to the vehicle, it told me that it had a bad ambient air temp sensor, which was not communicating with the ECU. I jacked the car up to look underneath to see if I could find where the air sensor was located only to find that the oil pan was caved in approximately one to one and a half inches and there was asphalt planted in the ribs of the differential unit on the gear case. So the car had not only been in an accident on the right rear corner, but had also been driven over something pretty evil on the front end of the car as well. I found it surprising that the bumper and the oil pan and the air temp sensor were not discovered during their 182 point CERTIFY /able I/ inspection that they supposedly did on the vehicle. For the first six weeks I owned the vehicle. It was actually in my possession for 1 1/2 weeks. They instructed me to take it over to one of their Honda dealerships, which was closer to me in Indiana and everything on the front end would be taken care of. I did take it over there and drop the car off and for four weeks absolutely nothing transpired until the Honda dealership finally sent it over to a local GM dealership which diagnose and fixed the problems for approximately $1300 which I have to say Victory Auto in West Virginia did pay. I believe this honestly should have never happened and I should’ve not been without a car for a month and I should not have had to make over two dozen phone calls, text messagws, and emails to get this problem resolved. I was cheated, I was deceived, I was lied to, and I would never ever ever deal with these people again even if they were to offer me a new vehicle for zero dollars. For your own good stay away as far as you can from the dealership. Actually, the best thing would be if they were to put a barbed wire fence around the facility approximately midday while all the crooks were already inside the facility. More
