Everyone is friendly and service time was minimal. We have several friends who also service their vehicles there and feel the same way. We have several friends who also service their vehicles there and feel the same way. More
I did not like the fact that the service advisor was not honest with me. Lie #1: He told me that I never notice a miss because the bad valve (#2) was not an active valve because it was one of the DOD valv honest with me. Lie #1: He told me that I never notice a miss because the bad valve (#2) was not an active valve because it was one of the DOD valves. Truth: DOD valves ore 1,4,6,7 Lie #2: He said I had a bent push rod. Truth: None of the push rods were bent, scratched, or damaged in any way. Lie #2: He said that the keeper pin in the bad lifter had come out and gouged the lifter bore. Truth: the pin was fully intact. The damage was caused because the mechanic pulled the damaged lifter up out of the bore opposed to pushing it down and out thereby creating the gouge in the wall of the bore. Note: the bad lifter was in the back of my vehicle instead of laying in the bottom of the oil pan. The damaged bearing at the bottom of the lifter caused the bottom to flare/swell resulting in it sticking at the bottom of the bore. It should have NEVER been pulled out. More
