Excellent customer service but they did not repair my request for my bumper where trim had pulled away. I asked for it to be looked at and possibly repaired. Went in for an airbag recall on a 2013 Suburban. They did an inspection and sent a video. They didn't try to push services as I made it clear I only wanted the airbag recall performed. Cam was doing a great for only being there 3 months. RJ Prim needs to learn better small town manners. Nathan Lauck was very understanding with my wife's Irish temper.
