Only thing I disliked was some of the vehicles I got into didn’t seem that clean inside. Popcorn in the back seat, etc. there was also a sticker that was misplaced on the back of the car. So there was a big adhesive circle on the rear end. More

I've taken my truck here on two separate occasions. Both times staff appeared to be disorganized. After my second visit, I can assure you that I will NEVER be returning to this shop. Each time I wa Both times staff appeared to be disorganized. After my second visit, I can assure you that I will NEVER be returning to this shop. Each time I was told because they were migrating systems after their recent relocation, the second time the sales person told me he couldn't find my reservation and told me that I must've made my appointment through their other branch location, but I showed them the confirmation email and website, confirming I definitely made the appointment on the correct website. So I'm not sure why he couldn't find it. On my first visit, repairs took a couple of days, which wasn't as big of a deal; however, they told me a part on my truck was incorrect so they couldn't complete part of the service. They told me it would be nearly $1,200 to install the correct part. Luckily, I recently had that exact part replaced within the last 6-8 weeks, so I took it back to that shop. Those people pulled up my VIN/Make/Model and work order then literally showed me that they ordered and installed the correct spec part. I took it to a different shop for a second opinion, and they too assured me that the correct part was installed. So, either two different people who don't know each other both wouldn't have ordered the right part, or the Chevy dealership/shop was lazy and/or trying to scam me out of $1,200. You'd think I would've learned my lesson from the first visit, but I must be gluten for punishment. My second trip is when they said they couldn't find my appointment. After that was sorted, I was told in person at drop-off (on Tuesday) that they would look at the truck and call me the next day. That didn't happen, so on Thursday around Noon I called in, I was told the truck was on the lift and the technician was looking at it and hopefully have an answer by the end of day. I again heard nothing, so I called back Friday closer to closing time (around 4pm); they told me they were currently looking at it but weren't able to immediately identify the issue so they would keep looking and give me a call the following day. Again, no word from them, so Saturday I called again around Noon. The first time I called Saturday someone from sales answered and said they would transfer me to the service department, nobody answered. I called right back and LITERALLY heard someone pick up the phone and then disconnect the call. I called right back and again reached sales, who transferred me to service and AGAIN they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. The FOURTH time I called someone from service picked up and told me the technician was literally under the hood and they would call me right before close for an update. That didn't happen. After not hearing from them Monday morning, I called in the afternoon and they told me they were currently looking at it and would call me back. I asked if they could get me a loaner car because they've told me the same exact thing almost every day the last week and I've been the one to initiate any communication. I was told they don't have a loaner inventory and would get me an answer by the end of the day. Finally they called me back about an hour later around 3pm and said they weren't able to figure out what the issue was and that my options were to just continue adding oil since they couldn't find the leak or cause of overconsumption or to rebuild the motor. I chose to refill the oil as needed. The entire debacle cost me $250 to get no answers and to be without a truck for 6 days. Needless to say, this was my last visit to this service center. More
Work was done and now I am getting a e-mail about the truck needs a new battery! Who ever is sending the e-mails did not look at the New Battery that I installed in the truck. If it is a computer sendi truck needs a new battery! Who ever is sending the e-mails did not look at the New Battery that I installed in the truck. If it is a computer sending the e-mails some one better reprogram it . The service writer is a nice guy doing a good job. The mechanic doing the work did a good job and he knows that the truck has a new battery also More

It’s been 2 weeks and no one has called to ask if I like the car and if it arrived safely (other than a scratch on the passenger door and a Victory sticker on the trunk I specifically asked to not do).I had asked for an hour zoom call to teach me the screens, charging, etc. I haven’t heard from anyone. can’t locate the NACS charger I was told came with the car. I’m disappointed that there’s no “after the sale relationship” or follow up. I like the car, but at this point, I feel like I was simply a transaction/revenue stream More
