We have had a horrible experience with Victory Chevrolet in Milan. We have a leased vehicle that is only 1 year old. Starting in April, we have had nothing but problems with it. They have had our Blazer in Milan. We have a leased vehicle that is only 1 year old. Starting in April, we have had nothing but problems with it. They have had our Blazer 3 different times for a week or more each time. They do not communicate what is going on, what parts they need to order, when we can pick it back up, etc. We wouldn't hear from them if it wasn't for my husband calling for updates. They have also not been helpful with finding solutions and our sales person, Anthony has been snarky and extremely rude throughout the whole process. They are very unprofessional and we will be using a different dealership from here on out. More

Always have been happy with this service dept. I even drive 35+ minutes to get there. This time was a debacle. Scheduling on line with full description of repairs from service order, from the previous days order, apparently just gets you a consultation with a service advisor/writer, so I was told. Had to reschedule another appointment BY PHONE for another day so a trip there and back for NOTHING. Rescheduled another appointment, said the repairs would elevate the problem with the brakes, Nope. Is it some better, yes, fixed NO. So needless to say not happy, not sure I will return for anything other than an oil change. I have always said, I leased my cars (2 of them) from Victory, not because of the sales staff, but because of the service department. i purchased this 2020 Equinox when the lease was up, going through another dealership, and still returned to Victory for service. Your service advisor/writer was great, definitely not his fault, but disappointed in the overall operation and outcome. More
