Our recent used car purchase experience at Victory Chevrolet of Milan was mostly smooth and hassle-free. When we made our decision, the closing process moved quickly, and we were able to drive away with our new car. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is because as we were finalizing the purchase, we were presented with a list of repairs that the dealership had performed upon receiving the car, for which we were being billed. These repairs were performed at the dealership discretion and billed at full dealership service price, and we were not advised that we were expected to pay for them until we were closing. This added over $1400 onto the cost of the car. This may be standard procedure here, but I've purchased used cars at dealerships before and this is the first time I've seen it. I don't consider this duplicitious - I'm sure I was paying for those repairs with those other purchases - but I do advise any purchasers to ask to see the repair list when you're negotiating the cost of the car, because those costs will be part of it. That's the only thing I wish Victory Chevy had done. That considered, I recommend Victory Chevrolet to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used car. More
