Great car purchasing experience Went to dealership to talk about ordering a new Challenger. Talked to Mike the sales manager. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We talked about the options that were available and some that I wanted were no longer available. I told him that since we got along so well that I wasn't going anywhere else to get a price. He worked up a great price. I did a lot of research on the car and prices. The price he quoted was very close to the price I wanted to pay. I have dealt with a lot of car sales persons in my lifetime and this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The only surprise I got is that I qualified for another discount that I thought I lost when I retired. The only interaction with the service department so far was to change the tires and tire monitors over to the wheels I wanted from the wheels that came on the car. I was not charged for this service and have no problems with them. I definitely recommend them. More

Very dishonest. Could care less about customer complaints. I recently purchased a $100,000 Jeep Trackhawk from Victory-the most expensive car on their lot. The car was delivered dirty inside and out, there are I recently purchased a $100,000 Jeep Trackhawk from Victory-the most expensive car on their lot. The car was delivered dirty inside and out, there are scratches on rear panel from a dirty wash mit and three out of four tires were 6 pounds low on air. The finance dept is a complete ripoff. They told me up front interest should be in the "4's". The finance man wrote me up a contract at 6.5%. I questioned that and he said that was the best he could do failing to tell me that I had a credit score of 795. They charged me a predatory interest rate regardless of the fact that I had excellent credit. BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT BUY HERE. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. More

With a vehicle that I had to take to a detailer to have cleaned and pay 300.00 for a spare key and fob. Because I tried to call back to them and have these things done but got put on hold and was told to call days later because they were to busy to talk to me. More
