Through the OnStar service, Victory determined that my 2011 Acadia was due for its initial service. They notified me by email and I called ahead to schedule that service. Since I had called ahead, all the paperwork was ready and they began the service, giving me an estimate of the time required. My wife and I rested comfortably in the waiting room and the agent came to me personally--on time--to let me know the vehicle was ready. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. Although it is a bit farther for me to travel for service than to my normal service facility, I will return to Victory. More

After seeing an ad on TV, then going to the website to see if they had what I was looking for (and finding it), I made a deliberate stop in the dealership.
