Debra and Donnie were both great to work with. Debra went the extra mile getting our phones synced up to the Rav4. Then she showed us how to use all the features on the car. I can speak for the other sales reps since I did not work with them, but I highly recommend using Victory Toyota and ask for Debra. We got a great deal on our new Rav4 and it was thanks to Debra and Frankie. We had the pleasure of working with Donnie. He called himself the “paper pusher”. He explained all of the documents we had to sign and initial. He made what could be a confusing set of documents into layman’s terms and we breezed through them in just a few minutes. I give them an A+! More

I scheduled a 9:30 appointment to have a routine service done on my f150. It was almost 12 noon when I left. The service writer apologized and explained the delay was due to an oil supply being frozen or so done on my f150. It was almost 12 noon when I left. There was no charge to me for the work done. I couldn’t ask for more than that so I left tired of sitting for 2 1/2 hours but understood the reason. More
